Customers remain responsible for complying with property-specific restrictions, deed restrictions, HOA rules, easements, setbacks, drainage requirements, and local regulations unless otherwise stated in the written project agreement.
Outdoor construction work may involve conditions that are not visible during the initial consultation or estimate.
Unforeseen conditions may include, but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to recommend substitutions if a selected item is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, unsuitable, or affected by supplier changes.

Children, guests, pets, and inexperienced swimmers should be supervised at all times around pools, spas, water features, equipment, retaining walls, steps, patios, and construction areas.
During construction, customers must keep children, pets, guests, and unauthorized individuals away from work areas, equipment, materials, excavations, machinery, tools, and unfinished surfaces.
The website may reference or link to third-party financing companies or financing options. Polynesian Pools and Patio do not control third-party financing providers and does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, availability, or financing outcomes.
